Scene 5 ; 3

in order of appearance

Page with Paris ………………………………………………………… scene 5 ; 3 (7 lines) = age 11 -12
Unable to be present in the final scene, Lady Montague leaves her performer available to double with either the Page to Paris, or the final scene’s Juliet. Lady Montague gave Romeo his life,  Juliet was his life. And his death. To have the mother dead on stage as the daughter-in-law (= Juliet VI) is the more tempting option. Provided that the playwright has not claimed the grand final for his favourite boy player, that is. The page therefore is this other boy’s more likely option.
